Felix glances at him and Ares looks so excited to hear what he has to say, so happy, that Felix almost tells him right there and then.

I like boys. Felix feels the words in his mouth. I like you.

But writing about two girl dinosaurs falling in love and wanting to be friends with a boy who's gay are two different things, Felix guesses, so he chooses to leave it at, "I loved it. It's one of my favorites."

And Ares smiles so brightly that Felix's heart starts to ache.
