"Congratulations Aki! You've been allocated to the 'NPC-survival mode-horror/mystery, limited edition system!' You will take over a NPC that dies in the original plot and aim to make sure the NPC character instead survives till the end of the mission. Points are only awarded if you complete the side tasks. Because you merely have level zero clearance, the shop is closed until you've reached Level 2 and can spend the points on items or skills useful for plots.

Additionally, the worlds are multi-player meaning there will be other system players. Note: these players will most likely be allocated the most common 'survival mode-horror/mystery edition system', hence they will not be assigned as an existing NPC in the story, but be inserted as themselves in a role created for them.

Warning: Aki must under no circumstance reveal that he is a system player to other players, and must act as the NPC throughout. Consequences, such as thousand cuts or 100 years of electrocution will occur after being withdrawn from the plot if Aki reveals his status as a system player at any time. If Aki reveals his player identity three times, the system will unbind and Aki will completely die with no chance of revival. Correspondingly, however, rewards in plots are greater than usual. Unlike normal system players, Aki will be receive double the standard amount for completing side-tasks. Level 100 clearance means that Aki has reached SAINT stage and becomes capable of having one wish granted within the restrictions of the L.O.R.D."
