She is well and truly fucked. He looks better, way better than he did in high school. In high school he was delicious but now he is just scrumptious. Dahlia can't move. She knows if she tries - her knees will buckle. Fuck how does he look even better with age? Shit. He has cut his hair although it is still an unruly mass of curls on the top of his head. His jaw has a serious amount of hair on it making him look mature but not old. He is also covered in tattoos, from what she can see, they cover him head to toe. Face and neck tattoos often look like overkill, but on Austin they just work. They add to his presence rather than take away from it. But then again she is inlove with him so she may be a tiny bit biased. Austin is looking directly at her with a slightly furrowed brow. Does he recognize her? Did Gina tell him she was coming? She is sure Gina said she had. "Dahlia, come here," Gina says walking over to Dahlia and grabbing her elbow then tugging her toward Austin. "Picking up strays already, Gina?" Austin asks when they get to him. "Oh Austin, you can be so silly sometimes," Gina hits his chest softly and he grabs her hand, holding it to his chest while he continues to stare at Dahlia. "This is Dahlia. Remember? From school..." Gina explains. Dahlia just stands in front of Austin like an idiot as he looks her up and down.

"Dahlia...isn't that a stripper name?" Austin asks.

"Get out of my house Jonas or I will throw another bottle and this time, I swear to you - I will not miss," Austin snarls. Marli whimpers at Austin's nasty tone. He tightens his grip on her and she buries her face in his chest again. Marli hears Jonas' shoes as he stomps down the passage then slams the front door shut as he goes. The house is now quiet, eerily so. The loss of Jonas has left an immediate impact. Marli feels a little lost without him and she knows Austin is feeling the same way. She wishes with all her heart that he lets go of her and runs after Jonas. But he does not. He stands still with his arms tight around Marli. "Go. Leave us," he says suddenly. Marli thinks for a second that he is talking to her but then she hears Lou's voice. "No. I need to make sure Marli is-" "I will not fucking hurt her!" his voice booms above her. "You are drunk, Austin. I don't trust you with her," Lou says. "Are you fucking kidding me? Lou, go -" Austin starts but cuts himself short when Marli pulls out of his arms a little. His nose is bleeding and his eyes are bloodshot. He looks a mess. "Austin, stop. She is just looking after me," Marli soothes then turns to Lou, "it's ok, Lou. Go," she says and offers her a smile. She is not afraid of Austin. Lou looks at her with an unsure face then shakes her head. "I will sleep on the couch. If I hear you harmed one hair on her head I am going to stab you in the fucking eye," she says then turns and heads to the lounge. Marli takes Austin upstairs and cleans the blood off his face, changes his clothing, and then helps him climb into bed. When she climbs in too Austin pulls her into him and holds her close to his chest as if he is afraid she will leave before he wakes up. "You know I would never hurt you, right?"

I stare at Austin from behind the camera as he's in the middle of the interview. He was always so hyper and excited to talk to anyone and everyone. His soul was so pure and I loved being in his life. "Post Malone, Austin, I am finally happy to be able to get this interview with you. It was hard work!" The beautiful lady giggled waiting for his reaction. Austin laughed lightly and itched his beard. "Well, you know. I've been in the studio a lot recently. But I'm glad we were able to work something out." She nodded. "Let's jump right into it. I'm going to start off with the hardest thing to talk about. And I say that because you won't talk about it with anyone." His face dropped. "Let's talk about Katie. Let's talk about the other night." he never interrupted her. "You guys seem to always be off an on but you will never clearly state if you two are an item. Are you an item?" Austin slightly smiled, "you know, Katie is very special to me. We grew up together so we are so close. But," He took a deep breath. "She's engaged." I could tell there was confusion. "What about the video of you two at the club? You looked like an item there." "I'd rather not talk about that night." "I've seen the way you two look at each other. I think a lot of people think the same." She bit her lip hoping to be the first to get information about this topic. But Austin promised me he wouldn't say anything to anyone! I know I can trust him. After all, he is my best friend. It was silent for a moment. It was as if he didn't know what to say. He first cleared his throat, "Alright. I'll tell everyone the truth." What?! I bit my lip hard hoping he does the right thing. "Let your fans know." She leaned in waiting for his answer. "Katie and I are engaged."

She wakes with an echoed thud coming from downstairs. At first, she feels relief, Jim has come to his senses and come back to her then when her thoughts sink in relief turns to sadness. Jim has come back? She is not sure she actually wants him back. It's late afternoon now, and the sky is slowly turning dark which means she watched movies and fell asleep for most of the afternoon. Something Jim would never have allowed. He would have had her combing through the four movie scripts that are currently sitting on the kitchen island. She hears something break and a hissing swear and then her heart drops. Right, Jim is back. She should be happy - he is her husband. She climbs out of the bed and makes her way down the stairway to her front hall. Something in her front yard catches her eye and so she stops to look out the window. What is that? Is that the pearl white Rolls Royce she had seen out back at the PR building? Oh no, had that man followed her home? Is he stalking her? She drops down on the floor and then peeps back out the window. She can't see anyone. She needs to call the police so she pats her pockets then remembers that she left her phone in the kitchen. She can't stand up, her stalker could be anywhere so she leopard crawls through the reception hall, into the hallway, and down to the kitchen. Keeping low as possible. As she crawls into the kitchen she knocks her head onto a pair of boots. Jim? No. These boots are much bigger and in much better taste than Jim would ever wear. She looks up and sees Austin standing above her. "Now, baby, usually I have to buy a woman dinner before she gets on her knees," he says with a smirk. Ophelia's mouth drops open at his remark, he has no shame then she squeaks when he then bends down and picks her up off the floor.

She has to at least try or she will never forgive herself. She stops and turns, walking back to Austin, but stays behind him. Zeus is now fast asleep in his arms, his head hanging over and pressed into the grass - sweet boy. She is now so nervous she can't for the life of her remember the speech she had been practicing. "Ummm...you don't know me and I know you have had a hard day so I am sorry for adding to your stress. I really don't mean to, but Zeus is very special to me and my nephew. My nephew has grown very close to him and would be gutted at not seeing Zeus again. We have been looking after him while you have been away and he has a special seat in my van and his own crystal and he has a job when I groom my clients - he keeps the skittish animals calm and he is very good at it. We love him...and..." she lets her voice die as she sees he is not even bothering to look around at her. He does not care what she is saying. "We...we just want to say goodbye...please." "Doesn't look like he cares much for a goodbye," Austin says with a bit of an obnoxious grunt as he lights a cigarette.
