Human AU // Soulmate AU 

In a universe where you have a soulmate / Soulmates. You and your soulmate are connected. A Qupid connects you and your soulmate the moment your made. Soulmates are connected Physically or mentally. Some both and some one or the other. 

If your connected mentally when your soulmate is Sad or mad or any major feeling you feel it to. Physically if your soulmate gets a bruise, cut or any injury you get it to where your soulmate got it. Even tattoos, temperary tattoos, and sometimes makeup.

In Sam's case he was connected physically. Sam never got anything except for a few times when he was young. He grew up thinking he doesn't have a soulmate he grew up thinking his soulmate died. Dean was also connected physically, and Sam always was jealous because Dean knew he had a soulmate because his soulmate was getting hurt left and right his soulmate was clumsy. 

Sam grew up depressed and excluded himself from others thinking he didn't have a soulmate and has no reason for life. Dean told him different and gave him different scenarios on how he does have a soulmate. Sam never believed him
