Nea, a former doctor/surgeon meets her dentist Seo Moon-Jo at the dental clinic during her check up.

Things take a unexpected turn she is kidnapped by Moon-Jo and taken to the Eden Residents where she endures pain and suffering, be it mentally or physically it. Eventually her time spent they seem to grown onto each other.

Both appears to have mutual feelings for each other, and even is sickly in love with one another. Although, no thanks to Nea experiencing symptoms of stockholm syndrome and being diagnosed with a few disorders. She was pretty easy for Moon-Jo to manipulate and even groom into being one of his few arts.
