A spirited boy with a kind smile.

A fiery tempered girl with a good natured heart.

Childhood best friends; Tanjiro Kamado and Emiko Orihime. 

      They both lost their families to Demons that grim night. Now all they have is each other and one survivor of the Kamado family. Crossing paths with Giyuu, the two are sent to train under Sakonji Urokodaki and avenge their fallen family members.

     However, due to Emiko's fierce temper, Urokodaki has sent Emiko away to another trainer; separating the two friends. Two years have past since then and no word was given of Emiko's whereabouts or if she's even alive. It was until they meet again at HQ.
