20 years ago a unknown person with ancient blood took over London with the power of his dueling skills. After his take over he recruited 5 others to each rule a part of the city and then the world. They were only known by their last names: Drake, Dearil, Jade, Paradox, Galaxy and the person in charge, Blood. Ever since then people have tried to fight back with very little luck. My father was one of those people. His name was Matthan Hunter, but everyone just called him Hunter. Sadly he died fighting one of the Dragon Lords. Now the resistance's number's have dwindled even more. My name is Beau Hunter and I am one of the remaining fighters and a loner. And all I have to say to those Dragon Lords is that I'm coming for you.

As String's ambitions grow beyond just controlling the city's underbelly Adlet and Jenna are forced to take action with an ally he did not desire. While prejudice against E.H.s reaches it's peak because of a horrific tragedy, the Soldiers of the New World waste no time to expand their reach and rally for their cause of taking over the city. Adlet goes to the edge of sacrificing everything and back again. On the way, betrayal awaits at every corner.
