She had pills that helped her and she took therapy. When summer started, Elle's parents decided to send her to camp. At first Elle thought camp was okay. She made friends and she was having fun, she even met a boy. Everything was fine, so fine that she stopped taking her pills. One night she had an episode. There was a man in the woods he was killing people-- children. She didn't think much of it but it definitely terrified her. Elle doesn't know if she can trust her own brain when children start to disappear from the camp. What if her "hallucinations" were true?
