Joi was the first emotion in Headquarters. He wishes it could be that way again, but at least the other emotions are helpful.
At least, MOST of them are.
One showed up later than the others, around the time Riley went into preschool. Why so long? And how on earth can she out-energy Joi? He finds himself so fascinated by her and has the desire to keep her safe and happy.
