Except for four people that he knew of. Kaina Tsutsumi, also known as the former Heroin Lady Nagant, who he turned into the good side. Rumi Usagiyama, the Number Five Heroine, Miruko, who he met during a team up. Then came the only two girls that had managed to survive the war, Mei Hatsume and Melissa Shield. As they surrounded him as he held onto his baby daughter, a portal opens up from below them, and they fell into another world. With dragon wings growing out of him, being a mixed color of red and white, Izuku flew down and grabbed the girls before they managed to land on a nearby building. The five of them look on to see that they were now in a whole new world that they were going to have to survive in. One that was inhabited by Angels, Fallen Angels, and Devils.
