Wade is a Speedster from 2049, he just wanted a normal life but he couldn't. Just being a Speedster paints a target on his back. He has been hunted down by Godspeed over and over again that he decided to make his own persona: The Red Death. He has made it his mission to carry out the Will of the Speed Force by stopping  any speedsters that try to travel back in time endangering the timeline. His main targets: Godspeed, Impulse and XS.
