Nishi kara no Gaikokujin (one-shot chapter)

Apathetic high school student Benjamin Hirayama lives an ordinary boring life in Germany. That is until he gets dragged last minute right in the middle of his first year into a student exchange program by his mother. He is supposed to spend an entire year in Japan at the Tatsuya International High School. And if that wasn't the worst, he was also given a checklist of things that he needed to take part in while studying abroad.

On his first day in school, he gets seated right next to Mizuho Sakiyurai. She is the complete opposite of him, enthusiastic, caring, lively... Upon finding out about Benjamin's list of things he needs to take part in, Mizuho gets immediately interested in her new foreign classmate and tries to help him complete all tasks on his list. But Benjamin feels that there is more to this act of kindness by this girl than she lets on...
