I know, another stupid story idea, but I think this one is an alright one.

Being a fan of the Neptunia series after watching Lost Pause play the first two games I've read a lot of Hyperdimension Neptunia stories, because it's fun seeing how people can take characters like Neptune and put them in really entertaining scenarios that the games haven't yet.

One thing I noticed about the more serious stories is that when it involves someone from Earth suddenly in Gamindustri, they move on from the fact they can't see their friends and family again. Some do but they usually move on quickly. Mainly because they don't have anything tying them to their old home.

What if someone was in that same position, only he is completely shattered by the idea that he won't see his friends and family again? What if he couldn't just quickly move on from that and is too scared to get close to anyone now?

Think about it, if you were currently ripped from this world and shoved into the next without your consent or knowledge you'd be destroyed by the fact that you're never going back home.

Neptune, the protagonist of protagonists, finds a young, unconscious guy in a forest when she actually decided to work for once. She takes him to her home, telling her CPU friends about it they fly over to her to see if she was joking or not and finds it's legit.

When he wakes up they find out he's not from this world, and he's not taking it very well.All Rights Reserved

So when they decide to venture into the city due to the necessity of needing warm clothes and blankets for the upcoming winter, running into the dangers of the people living in the city becomes a reality as they are forced to flee for their lives. But not before they run into something, what they assumed as a man dressed in a heavily damaged, rabbit suit who almost killed them for nearly running into him. But with quick thinking, they avoided him, and it resulted in the rabbit facing the people they had been running from. But as the man in the rabbit suit killed the people chasing the women, that had not gone unnoticed by one of the girls as she thanked him from a distance. But it wouldn't be the only encounter, as things grow more dangerous with the coming winter. And he becomes intrigued by her, given the fact she has a strong will to survive, no hesitation in defending herself and has zero care that this person in the suit seemed to be more dead than alive. Something her friend points out multiple times. But this connection becomes a danger in itself. As this man is no stranger to death and danger, but nor is he a stranger to wanting to keep things for himself. Especially after losing everything he's had, he will not lose her either. But one day, he found out the hard way that the giant beasts are getting stronger and evolving. He soon realizes that in order to keep up his fight, he too must evolve. After a fight with a particularly strong beast, he sits and rests in a secluded forest, hoping to regain his strength and repair. But suddenly, he hears a small and feminine voice call to him. Nepgear, Rom and Ram are his only childhood friends especially Nepgear whom he played a lot with, and he also got attached to her, making up a promise with her to become a Basilicom Knight to protect her. As reaching the age of 15, he enters as a Basilicom guard at Planeptune and the top tier Basilicom knight taught him swordmaship until he became a 2nd tier Basilicom knight Throughout the years, when ASIC controls Gamindustri, Perseus helps a lot to keep ASIC from taking over Planeptune with piracy, dealing Linda as she spreads it around Planeptune for years. 3 years later, IF and Compa manage to bring back Nepgear safe and sound while the other CPUs are still held captive with a formidable for guarding them. Histoire insists that they should recover their lost shares before attempting a rescue mission and they should also seek help with the CPU candidates from the other nations. (This story has Mk2/Rebirth 2 story elements)
