"Mia!? Alice!?" He yelled getting up, he didn't even bring a torch, didn't even plan to stay out so late, squinting into the dark the only thing that guided him was another shriek scream which made him run, he has never heard Mia scream that loudly.

"Mia!" He screamed back attempting his best to see through the dark, the only light available was feint moonlight filtering through the treetops, her bone chilling screams of terror made him sad, made him run faster and grab his service pistol out of his belt.

Then suddenly the screams went silent and he stopped, the hum of silence vibrating his eardrums, the last shriek still repeating in his mind, he kept wading brought the thick forest, keeping direction of where he last heard her.

When he broke through the brush the first thing he saw was Mia on the ground in her white blouse with jeans, dark patches around her in the little light he has to see, but so dark was it he didn't see the animal in the hard offset of the shadow, only the eyes came up to him glinting green, it was then that he heard the rumble from its threatening growl.

The woman standing before Shade stole every ounce of cognition from him. She was stunning, the moon paled in comparison. The top of her head would not even graze his chin. Her height did not stop her from being imposing. A dark blue vest clung to her chest reveling taught skin over lean muscle. The black leather pants hung low on her hips, exposing soft flesh. Her gaze roamed the crowd, surveying the stupidity around her. After a moment she finally turned attention in his direction. When her gaze met his, it stopped heart. The dark blue pools shone in the dim light, dark as the night sky. She blew a strand of silver out of her face. Shade's wolf surged to the surface, and they growled. They itched to touch her skin, bury our face in her hair, to feel its softness and inhale its sweet scent. They wanted to stare into her night eyes. She needed to be theirs. ---- Eska's eyes found Shade quickly. He pushed through crowd, pulling his jacket off and threw it to the stocky blonde at his side. She spoke in low frantic words. He ignored her and climbed in the ring. Shade tugged his shirt over his head and Eska's heart skipped. This man was built like a bear. Shade's physique was reminiscent of strong man instead of a body builder. His pectorals were covered in a fine swath of dark hair that trailed down his belly disappearing into his jeans. Jeans that hugged his thighs tightly, thighs like a rugby player. Shade looked towards her quickly, a smirk filling his face, sharp canines peaking beneath his lips. He wasn't human, but she wanted him regardless.

Most impressive rank: 1 - Fairytale *** Casey is all alone in the werewolf world, the only family she has left is her crazy dad. her mum died of cancer, causing her dad to go crazy and start beating Casey. What's worse is that she can't get away from the violence because when she goes to school they do the same. *** I close my eyes so I could listen and smell everything in case this was the last time I would ever be in this beautiful forest. I chase away any bad or worried thoughts because this place seemed so sacred it did not allow them. I breath in and catch the sweet scent of lavender flowers that speckled the ground in little clumps and the dry smell of dirt that hadn't been rained on in a couple of day. I listen to the steady titters of birds as they fly from tree to tree, collecting little twigs and leaves to build their nests with. I listen to the buzz of the bees greedily feasting on the flowers that scattered around the dry forest floor. I open my eyes to take in the scenery, rays of sunlight filter through the green canopy, penetrating through the leaves and casting a green-yellow effulgence over the ground that wavers as the trees rustle in the light whispers of wind. The crunching of dry leaves under my feet alert me so I cast my eyes to the floor and watch as I step on each individual leaf and dry twig, enjoying the snapping sounds that echo through the near silent forest. Gnarly roots dip into ground and twisted branches reach down, fingers grasping the air, as if reaching for me and I shiver, thinking of my father. I cast my eyes up to think of something else and instantly calm as another puff of breeze rustles the leaves on the trees and ground gently. I look ahead and notice the steady thinning of the old trees and run towards it, loving the feeling of the air in my air and clothes. I spot what I think is light dancing on waters surface and sprint for it. Then I break through the trees, making it to the lake.

"Are you willing to risk everything?" He asked, leaning his face in closer until our foreheads touched and our lips were barely an inch apart. His blue eyes were so deep and dark today, but not in the menacing way, more so in a lustful longing. That alluring smell of security. Well my thoughts were really getting muddled. "I have nothing to lose," I stated bluntly while trying to distract my heart. And then abruptly he backed away, taking my breath away with him. I wasn't sure what to make of the situation. We both stood there standing speechless for a moment. I couldn't help but to feel a disgusted that he would act like he wanted me and then pull away so harshly.
