Connections: Stories
From a simple conversation happening between two Filipina astronauts, to an individual confessing his true feelings to the person he loves, to a failed missing person's investigation and the lover searching for his whereabouts in the Philippines, to a story about the woeful memories surrounding a rabbit plushie in the United Kingdom; a conversation happening between people at night with a campfire, about spirits and passion, in Norway; to a dying animal's thoughts about the person that saved it, to the letters given to the person that matters to one's life, to a man trapped in a cursed town and more. These 30 stories compiled in the months of August 2023 - February 2024, made in handwritten yellow pad papers and shared to the world for the first time shows that there are ways we find to connect with others through the stories we tell to one another. Stories dealing with the loss of a loved one, the horrors of reality, about the challenges faced in life, a longing for the person we loved, the laughter shared in-between, the hopes we treasure for tomorrow and beyond and of the little interactions that happen in life. It is through the attachments, love, support, consistency, determination and dreams do we find the will to push through and accomplish what needs to be done that is set out for us to tackle. Goals and art; sacrifices made and understood; and the belief that chasing the dream is all worth it and that it helps us connect and inspire us to do what matters the most. Language: Taglish (Mostly English) Date published: Month of February 2024Concluida
A Bundle of Short Stories
This will have many short stories in it. Some of them will be dark and I will put up a warning. That's really all that needs to be said. If you have any feedback please tell me. Constructive criticism is always welcome because I really only want to get better.Concluida
2023 Story Collection
This is my challenge to myself to get better and more consistent at writing daily. Rules I will upload a part to a story every day. Some stories will be shorter than others and some may continue over multiple days, but I will upload everyday, no matter the quality. Consistency over perfection. Important Some might be good, some might be horrible. Good thing I'm doing this for me and not for you. I'd be grateful for any feedback though, I have a lot to learn.Concluida
Short Stories
Short stories to explore and improve my writing! The ones that have ♠ beside the title are stories I submitted to Reedsy (using their prompts). There's an external link to their website in the second chapter. The other stories I wrote are based on genre that I wanted to explore. Feel free to suggest any. Feedback would be greatly appreciated as well :)) ~Lyragirl11Concluida
is this what love is?
"You liked him this whole time?" "Not... not the whole time..." • Your kinda basic college love story :) -Fluff -Angst? (just a little, idk if it's necessary to inform) -Cliche, but i guess it gets better towards the endConcluida
sʜᴏʀᴛ sᴛᴏʀɪᴇs
This is just for me to get the short ideas out of my head when I have motivation. lol. Idk if anyone's gonna read these but here they are. Also I don't know when I'm gonna update this, it's just kind of when I want to. Each chapter is a different story and I'll post these between posting chapters of my main stories. And a TW for anyone who is sensitive to violence or anything scary. Not all of the stories are like this, but a lot of them are probably gonna be pretty messed up. (lol) A lot of these stories is just to get ideas out of my head and it will probably never be completed. Each story is different and there is no real pattern or anything, its just all random. Enjoy, 😃👍Concluida
