After the events of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Extraction's base game story. Several new recruits from all over the globe came running to assist in the efforts of REACT. Ranging in experience from privates at the age of 19 to the Rainbow Six: Siege Operators. Roughly half of them joined REACT including the ones the veterans called, "The newbies". One small squad nicknamed, "The Fresh-meat" squad. Specialist Kobalt "Kobold" Montegomery; an explosives expert and team's knowledge base from the southern USA employed by Interpol to assist others in understanding the bombs of terrorist cells. Sergeant William "Razor" Goodwin; a tech and tactics expert of the squad, hailing from Weiden, Germany and raised in Cheyenne, Wyoming, employed by the CIA and Homeland Security to fight homeland terrorist cells. and Specialist Ryan "Fox" Stockin; The oldest of the trio and serves as the team's morale manager and weapons expert. All three trained in fighting and later trained to fight the Chimera parasite with REACT. But neither side was prepared for the change the Fresh-meat squad would bring to the fight.

December 23, 2020 a bio chemical agent was released into a crowded night club in the city of Los Angeles by an unknown group. Team Rainbows two CBRN specialists were sent to investigate only to find the same bio weapon that the White Masks were using. This confused the team as the White Masks had been wiped out unless they're back. After looking at security footage they managed to find a suspect. The only problem was the suspect was tracked getting a flight back to Iran. If Team Rainbow or the US government sent anyone to grab him things may get fishy. Operation Raccoon City
Same as my other 4 books I wrote Resident evil 0, 1, 2 and 3. This is Operation Raccoon City, I will be watching the gameplay on youtube, since I do not own this game. (It does tie super well with the storyline, especially of Resident Evil 2 and 3) I will be writing it through, some in my own words and some as per the game. No one really knew how X's came to be. One day there weren't any, the next day half the population was wiped out. All Karma knew was that they are technological monsters, fit to be the world's biggest weapon, after the splitting particle ray which could reduce any person into air particles in a millisecond.
