This is a story based around the game Among Us, created by @Dan_Creates1 from Twitter (me) Check my Twitter out to see some future art of the characters in this story of mine. Hope you have fun reading this, if you haven't seen it yet, there will be gory elements in this story so watch out for those but I'll be warning the gory chapters at the start of each of them. Thank you for reading Overgrown Forest Against a Claw or O.F.A.C!

In a compact space, in the middle of nowhere of the milky way, a bunch of astronauts, unique in their way, fight against an unknown creature and its gruesome ways in this grassy plain. We follow a Bear and his friends to try and escape this nightmare, trying to uncover bits and pieces of the unknown and get out to safety while the bear pushes through to reach back to his little cub that's residing in a hospital paid by the space program. Tearful backgrounds, late confessions, suspicious characters, a sorrowful infection, and a ripping ending for all of them. Picking them one by one, can they survive with just their wits? Will they claw their way out and escape? Or will they get taken over...by this forest of terrifying creatures..? This is a tale of mystery and a battle for survival against an overgrown forest, a claw to tear through and conquer, or to survive.

"Just send a message back to HQ. See what their response is." "I can't." The entire room seemed to stand on end. "What the hell do you mean, 'I can't'?! You're the captain of this mission!" Lime exclaimed. "I can't. When Blue and Orange came in, Comms had suddenly shut down." The room burst into panic and chaos again, but all Vac'shar could do was smirk. Hunter and prey. And now when the time to strike appeared again, they would be ready. Everyone is the hero in their own story. With the world stacked against him, Vac'shar has still managed to raise his son and protect him from anyone else who might try and kill them both. This novel is a zom-com-rom, blending a zombie apocalypse with humor and romance. "Good morning, welcome to Grand Crest Hotel. May I have the name under which the room is booked?" "Han So Hee," she replied. The receptionist typed quickly on the keyboard. "Ah, yes, Ms. Han. You're in room 1102 on the 12th floor." She handed her the room key card. . . she found a convenience store connected to the mall, purchased some samgak-Gimbap, and ate quickly. she stepped outside, expecting the usual bustle of evening activity. As she scanned the empty area, her eyes caught a figure-a man standing far away, motionless. Something about the way he stood unsettled her. Then, out of nowhere, a group of people rushed toward him. Startled, Han took out her phone, recording the scene from a distance. "What's going on?" she wondered. Planning to at least send the video to the police. "I shouldn't get involved in a street fight when I just landed here, right? ..." "Ugh ... I don't Know ..." She stepped closer, but what she saw next made her freeze in fear. The group wasn't just attacking the man. They were biting him, tearing at his flesh, their movements jerky and unnatural. Her stomach churned as her mind screamed the truth: "they weren't people. They were something far worse." . . "How did I end up here?" she wondered. "This feels like something straight out of a drama..." . . "How do people in dramas do this? she thought, feeling the sharp ache of hunger gnawing at her insides. They train for days without eating, and somehow they're fine. But here I am, struggling to even think straight." . . . She have to survive this with... ..Training.. ..Finding other survivors.. ..Finding a Safe Place.. ..or.. .. ..Finding Love..?

The door slid open without a sound and I found myself punched in the gut. All along the walls were pictures of friends and family. How could I take this away from someone? All of this opportunity and hope? Who was I to decide that he should die? I saw fearful grey eyes staring up at me. "I'm sorry about this. It'll be over soon." Looking away, I slit his throat. His body fell to the ground with a thud and I took a step back. I had just killed someone whose name I didn't even know... K'dela has always been trained to always follow orders. No matter how you think about it, no matter how wrong it seems to be, never, ever, question it. Your life might depend on it. But when orders are to kill others, doesn't it mean that you're sacrificing others, potentially thousands of others, just to save one life; yourself? Honestly, K'dela never had a big problem with it, until she met someone who might just be worth defying orders for. TRIGGER WARNING: Violence, blood, death. "We've learned from our mistakes, Altera. Enough blood has already been shed." "That didn't stop the start of World War III, did it?" "No. It didn't. But it ended it." "Human minds are just sacs of salt interacting with proteins. Even now, you live in a world of lies, where everything around you is a construct created by your mind. It betrays you. No wonder why you are all such messes." This is a monument to all of their sins. Many a time, evil was executed in the name of a greater good. While one would hope that humans would learn from the mistakes of our past, we are fickle creatures with short memories, horrible prejudices, and a habit of self-destruction. This is a testament to those who didn't have a voice. Who have a story to share, and yet never got the chance to. (A series of short stories taking place in the world of "Beneath the Ice," covering significant events from before BtI to after. Not labeled as an Among Us Fanfiction because events are not all specific to Among Us.) Thanks for checking out my new story. It's obviously based on the popular game, Among Us! I will upload at LEAST twice a week. Thx for reading! I also wrote this whole thing on two hours of sleep and half a cup of coffee, also while writing a separate book with similar names and while watching Stranger Things, so if you see any name mistakes that's why :P)
