The world is destroyed and a contagious disease killed off 85% of the human population and most, if not all, the animals. The air is polluted and the only way its safe to go outside is if Naruto wears a gas mask. He lives on his own in an abandoned apartment building. He avoids any people he sees to avoid catching the disease or being killed. But once an injured Sasuke stumbles upon his doorstep he welcomes him in and tends to his wounds. Naruto has no intention of letting him stay, but the raven has different feelings about the situation. Naruto learns an ugly truth about him and his past.
