This is about a girl named Amanda, and her adventures as a dauntless initiate.
The setting is she's just finished her initiation. It is in fact the same setting as divergent, but before Four and Tris.
There isn't really much to tell. You'll just have to read along and see. This is my first work as a role play so I hope you like it, enjoy! The beginning is part of a roleplay that my best friend and I did, I continued the story for you guys, so if it isn't as good I'm sorry. The role play didn't really give you an ending and I'm not Rick Riordan so I figured I should give you piece of mind.

Tris Pedrad has two brothers. Zeke, who is two years older and Uriah, her twin. Of course they both are the annoying, protective older brother type. Her mom, Hana, is a single parent. This is a divergent fanfiction where there is no war and Four and Tris are training initiates. It also takes place one year after Tris's initiation. I know this idea is overused but this is my spin on it. Life in Dauntless without the war. Its hard to explain without spoilers, but this has many different things from other fanfics. Including Tris sharing an apartment with Christina, working as a tattoo artist, a new festivity call the 5 Weeks of Factions, a memory loss and lots of FourTris! *I made this in February of 2014 and it's not my best work, but a lot of people seem to like it, and that's the only reason I've kept it up. On the day after they shared their first kiss at the bottom of the chasm, Tris' fear of intimacy comes up during her fear simulation while Tobias is watching. And it doesn't remain their only challenge: Soon they find out there's something going on between Dauntless and Erudite leaderships, something terrible that threatens not only them, but their friends and family, too, as well as the whole society they live in... *Completed* This story picks up right after chapter twenty-six of 'Divergent' and I used the setting and characters from the book, but I made some changes in timeline and initiation process to be able to tell it the way I imagine it. Chasm
"There is a chasm between us, a gaping schism that only seems to widen as hard as we try to close the distance. Someday, our combined efforts to reach each other again will lead us both into the abyss." After an overthrow of the unwanted factionless government, the war in Chicago is over. To maintain stability, the faction leaders decide to return to the faction system. Because of this, the sixteen-year-olds that chose that year are sent back to their former factions for nine months. Tris falls into a state of depression after the war and her impromptu breakup that occurred at the end of it, and returning back to Abnegation--to the same house as her traitor brother--doesn't help. Tobias remains in Dauntless, but while he isn't exactly despondent, he does feel out of place. He doesn't fit in and cannot go on with normal life after everything that happened. Then, Choosing Day arrives. And history definitely does not repeat itself when Tris goes through the initiation process with her old friends and enemies, her ex-boyfriend, and the new sixteen-year-olds, while citizens of Chicago are mysteriously dying.
