This story takes place in 2457 A.D, when humans had waged chemical warfare and put the world in an environmental fit. Radiation has contaminated all kinds of natural species, and killed all creatures, or transformed them. Humans however, have remained the same, except they have been granted "powers" from the radiation. The effects are weak, and are not very strong. The mutated animals put the human race on the verge of extinction, until they had a turn in technology and were able to enhance these new given powers. They call this drug, "Line", and it enhances the new given powers that humans had acquired from the radiation. Human's fought back, and now use Line to take care of these mutated beasts. Now, hunting the animals is considered a very popular sport, and the characters in this book take roles in defeating the monsters and struggling with the effects of "line".
