After the death of Manjiro Sano, where he has jumped off the building and let go of Takemichi's hand and after he said 'Please save me...' with tears in his eyes.

He reincarnated to an alternative universe with memories, where everything is the same and everyone is alive, but everyone hates him (not really everyone to be exact) and acts different. He also got an ability where he can sense people if they are in danger and the location of where they are.
