At the age of 16, Adelia Bowers was moving to somewhere she's never heard of; Tulsa Oklahoma. Her dad got a job oppurtinuty somewhere there, as a police officer. Her mom was basically no where to be found; and she wasn't mad about it, all she did was inflict negativity on her and her fathers life.
After meeting what was called " a gang of greasers," she becomes friends with the lot of them, but gets particularly close to one of them...
Not knowing how to handle the feelings that are growing stronger everyday, she struggles to express herself, but finds a way to finally do so.
