Bruno had resigned himself to the fact that the entire Encanto hated him until he met the seemingly quiet librarian's daughter. In hopes of a new friend, he found a loud, adventurous, and imaginative young girl who didn't care what others thought of her. She was Julieta's friend first, but soon the two of them become inseparable, and Bruno's feelings for her, no matter how hard he tried to suppress them, keep growing.

Emilia had tried to avoid marriage as much as she could. Her brother and sister-in-law had tried to set her up with countless men, but Emilia scared them away, insisting she just wanted to exist and be her own person in the world. Then she meets Bruno and believes she found her person, a platonic partner through life until those feelings begin to turn romantic.

Takes place 14 years prior to the events of the movie, so it's about 1936. The triplets are 36 and Emilia is 21. Luisa just turned 5.

Bruno finally found his forever, after a decade apart their magic pulled them together. He would never be the same again. How could he? Having something worth protecting will shape your future. But has an old enemy returned for them again, to take what is his and tear his family apart? Snippet: Luna's POV The familiar sound of my own voice rang through the vortex, "Diego! Quickly!" I sounded terrified. Diego's caring eyes searched ours before he turned and ran into his green aura, disappearing back. The entire room was silent. I could hear my own heartbeat hammering in my chest. Bruno still held the little girl to us. She hadn't said a word. Her tear streaked face stared down at the floor. I swallowed, opening the folded piece of paper. 'He's coming for her. Keep her safe for now. Her name is Chaina.' It was signed in mine and Bruno's names. My hands shook reading the words. 'He', was coming. ‐---------------- Cross posted on AO3 under @luna_de_encanto Art commissions by Kler Draws on Twitter + IG
