NOTE: UNORDINARY DOES NOT BELONG TO ME. ALL CREDITS GO TO OUR LORD AND SAVIOR URU-CHAN. THAT ALSO GOES FOR THE COVER. THE COVER IS DRAWN BY URU-CHAN HERSELF. IT IS FROM HER TWITTER @uruchanOFR. GO FOLLOW HER ON INSTAGRAM (@uru.chan) AND TWITTER (@uruchanOFR again). PLEASE CONSIDER GIVING THE ACTUAL STORY ON WEBTOON A READ. IT IS THE FIRST WEBTOON I HAVE EVER READ AND MY FAVORITE. LITERALLY, THERE WON'T BE A DAY WHERE I SAY I LIKE ANOTHER WEBTOON BETTER. THANK YOU SO MUCH, URU-CHAN. This story revolves around mostly Seraphina's POV (or point of view), and some of John's POV. I made this fanfic based on a theory I've had for a long time (also this is the first fanfic I've actually made and posted online). What if John had been used for experiments when he was younger by his mother? In the original unOrdinary, they don't mention his mother at all. What if he was captured by Ember when he was little? How would unOrdinary carry out? There will be some OCs here and there. But just so the plot moves along. I'll also be doing other UNO fanfics if I feel like it. Until then! Please give this fanfic a read if you have spare time!

John has a cousin who also attends Wellston, and who has dethroned Arlo. He rules similarly to Rei, discouraging bullying and doing his best to break the distance between the tiers, but nothing seems to work. Then, he gets wind that his cousin has enrolled as a cripple, and has successfully befriended the second-most powerful student in the school: Seraphina. Urging John to reveal his power and help him break the distance, he does everything in his power to bring John, not into the hierarchy, but to accept himself and his past. But what happens when the jack, Arlo, overhears their discussion? Will John become the Joker? Or will he accept his power with the help of his cousin? That's for me to know, and you to find out. Note: Many of these characters belong to Uru-Chan. I am simply reimagining them in new circumstances.

What if John hadn't learned from the Readjustment Facility? What if, instead, he felt a need for revenge on all who wronged him. What if, he came back to the people who specifically hurt him? What if, Seraphina had enough of her lack of freedom? What if, instead, she decided to do something about it? What if, she became a vigilante to get her mother off her back? What if they both unexpectedly met? This is just a fanfic, the plot is mine, but everything else belongs to Uru-chan!

(This story takes place in an alternate universe from the world of UnO, where the Royals of Wellston High are now the royals of the kingdom of Wellston) After New Boston's revolution, John is dethroned and banned from his Kingdom forever. He moves to another Kingdom known as Wellston in hopes to start a new life as nothing but a peasant with no powers. But one day he stumbles upon Wellston's Queen, Seraphina, and encourages her to live freely without expectations. Wellston's King, Arlo, plans to put a stop to this and expose John as the true heir to Rei's throne. (I don't own any of the characters. They all belong to uru-chan from the Webtoon: UnOrdinary)

Taking his fathers words to heart, John Doe returns to Wellston with the intention of expelling himself from the hierarchy; attempting to turn over a new leaf with the ones he fought with for weeks. A short time after John's return, Isen comes to him battered and bruised from a late night battle pleading for assistance as both Seraphina and Arlo are nowhere to be found. With Blyke and Remi's well beings on the line, John has to make a decision to either become the man his wishes to be, or to remain the cold king he was before. How will this unforeseen event build and destroy bridges that were once thought to be unbreakable, and those that were thought to be permanently broken. (All Events take place as John is returning to Wellston and he begins to realize that Seraphina is hiding things from him, however, John has not made any attempt yet to join the Safe House and the clubs trip is still in the planning phase.) (All credit for Unordinary and its characters goes directly to its creator Uru-chan, this is merely a fanfiction based on the stories plot line.)

After confronting Arlo and Remi in a courtyard and instigating a fight unwinnable for them, John feels the immense pressure of a power thought to be permanently gone. Facing a fight with his former friend, Seraphina, John is forced into a situation where he truly embraces the old. Unready and unwilling to change yet, John stands his ground with his years of experience propping him up to face the goddess who wants to talk. John knows what Seraphina wants, he's just not willing to give it. (This story is a take on the alternate future that could have been in Unordinary had John been more stable during his fight with Seraphina. This piece will delve into the idea of the final fight not being a simple solution where Seraphina breaks through to John, but starts an entirely different series of events with a slower path to reconciliation.)
