Elsa Arendelle is the new girl who moved to a small Oregon town from the busy New York life, coming to live with her aunt and sister. Her uptown style makes her noticeable but people here are tight-knit and have all been friends since they were younger, can she fit in? Also, who is this boy that keeps popping up?
