Glitter & Regret is an adaption of my real-life journals into a self-help memoir. Glitter & Regret follows my life starting in 2013 - the year that I graduated high school and found myself attracted to all of the wrong things; drugs and sugar daddies. This book follows my journey into self-discovery, self-love and self-worth. Glitter & Regret serves as the prequel to my recovery from meth and heroin and is the first of a three part memoir.
