As a young girl, Thea Gargery, was taken in for testing. Her body was unable to take the serum at such a young age, as a consequence she lost an arm. As a parting gift the scientists gave her a high-tech bionic arm. It was almost unbreakable. She was enrolled in school as a normal girl but was asked by her parents to conceal the arm. It's only when a nosey girl and a quiet boy enter her life that she reveals her deepest secrets.
