One thing you need to know is that life isn't all it's cracked up to be. Why do I say that? Because I'm Hermione Granger and Harry Potter's half sister. My mum is Harry's mum and my dad is Hermione's dad. I'm the product of a love affair. No one knows about me though, or so I thought.

After my mum and step dad died my mum's childhood friend took me in. My name is Mackenzie Lynn Snape. I was raised by Severus Snape. 

On the eve of my sixteenth birthday, my life took a huge turn. Never had I expected to find out that magic was real. That witches and wizards existed, much less that I was one. Actually the most powerful witch ever. 

However, that doesn't make things simpler. See, Voldemort, the man who killed my mum and tried to kill my brother, is on the rise. Luckily, he thinks I'm dead.
