There are choices that feel like accidents. Decisions that arrive dressed as inevitability. And men who never act without already knowing the outcome. She doesn't realize she's been chosen, only that the world begins to bend when she steps into it. Elysian is not a place for coincidence. It rewards foresight, patience, and those ruthless enough to pull strings no one else can see. And he has built his empire on 𝘣𝘰𝘵𝘩. Power recognizes power and hers has 𝘢𝘭𝘸𝘢𝘺𝘴 been dangerous. What looks like an unfortunate crossing of paths is anything but. Beneath every gesture lies intent. Beneath every silence, calculation. And beneath his attention, something sharpened by resistance rather than softened by it. They share a history that should have stayed buried, not because it was harmless, but because it taught them exactly how lethal the other could be. She thinks she's choosing her moves. He's been planning around them. Power shifts. Motives tangle. Obsession slips into something that looks like protection, like necessity until walking away stops being an option. Here, unions aren't built on submission, they're forged between equals who know precisely where to strike. A woman who refuses to be owned. A man who refuses to lose control. And a bond that was never a matter of if, only when. And the best part? 𝘕𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 𝘳𝘦𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘤𝘤𝘪𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘢𝘭.

❝All men must choose between Two Paths. Good is the path of Honor, Heroism, and Nobility. Evil... well, it's just cooler.❞ ~ Megamind If it's one thing Disney USED TO like to do, it ALWAYS had the heroes win. Here's how it goes down. You have a pretty girl who, who always has an enemy, girl gets caught in the enemy trap, strong person defeats the monster and saves the girl. Happily ever after. The end. Roll credits. But here's the thing, you never see what happened to the villains, you never hear their side of the story, their backstory that caused them to do what they did. Maybe they were banished from the land, that's why they put Sleeping Beauty under a curse that made them sleep for a hundred years. Or maybe their family pressured them into think beauty is everything and they must be the most beautiful in the land to finally get the approval that they did something good, maybe that's why they poisoned Snow White to take her beauty. What if they just wanted to get revenge for Peter Pan taking their most valuable treasure, that meant more to them in the entire world, maybe that's why they had a growing vendetta over Peter Pan. There are many other reasons why villains did what they did, but, did these heroes ever consider that these villains had a family. Like how maybe Gaston might have had a kid who had to grow up with only one parent cause the Beast killed Gaston. Or maybe how Dr. Facilier might have had a daughter, but since he was locked in the shadow realm he never got to have that valuable father-daughter relationship with her. What if Disney is hiding something from us. The story of these kids who had to grow up without a parent or with the burden of being teased because of their lineage. Well, Disney, you may be good at making giant Marvel timelines and making us cry at the end of EVERY Disney Pixar movie. But I'm good at revealing your secrets. Why be good when you can be bad instead? editor: @mya_colondres

What secrets lie in the realm of the human mind? Maybe our terrible acts are due to supernatural interferences or maybe it's a sickness inside us. There's one thing for sure, though- The worst things happen in the most unexpected places... ---------------- Suburban Nights is a collection of short horror stories based on my personal experiences, thoughts, and dreams. Growing up in sleepy suburban towns have perks, but there's always something terrible bubbling beneath the surface. Story Description: 1. The Husband - Your husband has been acting a little strange lately at night. 2. The Neighbor - Your quiet home life suddenly gets really uncomfortable when you realize your elderly neighbor has been watching you through his window. 3. Public Restroom - You look back at your childhood to figure out where your fear of public restrooms came from. 4. The Screaming Woman (Pt. 1 & 2) - You wake up abruptly to sounds of a woman screaming only to be faced with your worst nightmare. 5. The People Upstairs - Your upstairs neighbors are loud and obnoxious without any regard to you. You become fed up with them until you realize what they've been dealing with. Some of these stories are not for the faint of heart and may contain blood, gore, abuse, and strong language. You've been warned.
