Todroki was a person who was greatly feared accross most countries,known as a popular serial killer and convict.He was uncatchable and no one really knew how he looked,until on day,he was caught.
Bakugou is now a pro hero, and is working in a case that he has been stuck on for months. But right on the day when todoroki ws caught, deku informed bakugou that he will have a new partner to help him work on this case
The two boys used to be classmates, rivals even  but,when they grew older they became very diffrent people,in occupation and personality.
What would happen when bakugou needed help from a prisoner.
and that prisoner was in fact, Todoroki shoto.
