This may be a cheesy love story, but it does have an edge that can be hard to find. August is the normal high school football star, but he's tired of dating the cheer team. Rebecca is a poetry addict with a love for the local library and John Green. She's never Marjory dated anyone, mostly because its a school of douchebags. On the other hand she does have tons of friends, including Joey Marshall. Joey is her locker neighbor, they are the kind of friends that give each other favors and advice. August asks a girl from his poetry class out to the café after school, her name is Rebecca. After a great date at the café, Rebecca asks Joey the biggest favor of her life.
