Icarus was the son of the Greek genius Daedalus whose tragic story became popular as the boy who flew too close to the sun. This is my take on his story. What really made him want to reach the sun?

We all know how the story of Icarus goes. The son of Daedalus ignored his father's warnings and flew too close to the sun. His wings melted and he fell into the sea. Aurora Jackson was not that different from Icarus. No, she wasn't prideful, nor did she fly too close to the sun, no. She fell for the sea. She fell, and she fell 𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘥. (watching the movies fic)
