The problem was his stuttering everytime when he tries to talk to someone they end up yelling at his stuttering or makes fun of it. 

When Izuku was coming back from using the bathroom he heard his class say bad abt him so he ran. 

he ran away from Bakugo, Class 1A, the school, his mother & his problems 

he ran... ran... & ran till he was tired of running until  he bumbed into someone
