Like every military staff, who was coming back home, he was still excited to see his fiancèe, despite him losing his job forever. It did not turn out the way he hoped it would be and caught her cheating with his best friend. That's when he started to lose all his hope in life and plot his own death. She helps him become a better version of himself and grow more into Christ, making him find the right path in his life again. One night she does a mistake that changes her life forever. Now she leaves her abusive life to California with her best friend Ashely by her side. Now in California she meats Jamie and he makes her feel loved. Not like Alex. Now she is loving her life scared that people she loved will find out the truth. But through out she lives on a roller coaster of love and pain with people around her. Will she be okay? This story is absolutely fictional. The dates of the story is just a timeline for Carolina and are like chapters. It's not a real diary. These are NOT BASED ON TRUE EVENTS! Thank you and enjoy!:)

Hurt, pain, doubt, insecurity, temporary happiness, fear, toxic relationships, anger, anxiety, issues, and chaos. They were the unwelcome passengers on my road trip of life. While being pregnant with my daughter Lea, I was in a really dark place and one day I met some random girl in college name Nicole, she sat next to me on the hallway floor. Her being there was making me tremble from the inside out. But it wasn't her, it was Jesus in her. The way she let Jesus take over her life, made everyone feel the presence of God. I started to sobbed and she hugged me (without knowing me) then I cried even harder. She said, "there's nothing you can do that will make God unlove you." To make the long story short, that day I surrender my life to Jesus and made a friend for life. I decided to make this 39 days bookish of writings because when life hit us hard we need a reminder of hope, joy, faith, love, and worth. The thing that inspires me every time I find myself in great difficulty is the knowledge that God loves me unconditionally, despite all my shortcomings.

Isabella hates God. Okay, HATE is a strong word. But its true. Isabella is a 17 year old rebel. She defies her parents and wont go to Church with them or even pray. She drinks. clubs Gets home late Sleeps around. Until one day, a chance trip and the meeting of one annoying hunk and a hot Israelin, Will she be able to turn around? Isabella is lost, Will she be found? Hello Isabella, "Hello pastor," I smile as we perform our signature handshake. "You sure have changed," he comments, "I've heard some horrible things but I always said no, that cant be my Isabella. Its not right?" I look away. He takes a pamphlet out of his briefcase and hands it to me. "Think about it," he says before walking into his office. I walk out of the Church hurrying so no one will see me. I scan the pamphlet. -Leadership camp, trip to Israel- Oh hell no. I throw it into the nearest trash can. A few seconds later I run back and get it back. Little did I know, this small action saved my life...

There are a lot of things you don't really think about until they happen to you. Take rape, for instance. I always thought, "That won't happen to me. I have a boyfriend. I trust him. He would never take advantage of me like that..." I couldn't have been more wrong. Love in this day and age is often confused for manipulation and abuse. The warning signs are here. The things we say will tell us everything that is wrong. You are worth more than what you think you are. It's not your fault. If they tell you otherwise, get out. Burn the bridge. Always remember someone is waiting for you to walk into their life. Someone needs you. Someone loves you. Getting away from all of the wrong people and finding the right ones could save you. I can promise you right now that it saved me. These are the journal entries and selected poems from my first experience of love that left a unpleasant taste in my mouth- quite literally. I am putting this out for the whole world to see because I hope everyone will learn from my experience. People can see. We have no excuses to continue living our lives in ignorance. ...WARNING... I'm lost. Broken. And nobody knows. I help people, and when you help people, you don't get help. I couldn't look at myself think how a mess I was. It was too late for me to be fixed. Nobody could help me. I was too deep in it for being saved. I had too many scars and thought. I already had a broken mind. When I tried to kill myself and failed at it, they brought me to a mental facility. There I meet other teens with different stories and each with their problems. The longer I'm here, the more stories I get the knowledge. We come together to tell our stories so that we can move on from what hurt us in the past and what waits for us in the future. We're all strangers, but we're all living in this messed-up place call life. So can we overcome our broken minds. -2014-
