Mara is not human and neither are some of her fellow students at university. She is oblivious though. Davir is an Alfa living in the same student house. He intrigues her, but soon she figures he isn't that nice. He is hot and cold all the time. Mara doesn't have time for that. There are too many friends to help out and parties to celebrate. But when you don't recognize your mate, When you deny the alpha. That's a very dangerous game to play. As I am writing this it turns out to be more of a slow burn then an erotic story. Though there are definitely also some erotic chapters.

He presses his lips to my ear, his warm breath giving me goosebumps. "I have waited and searched for you for eight years, Angel.
