Life in Paris for Adrien and Marinette has been simple--now they must figure out how to balance their regular lives with the duality of being heroes and defending their homes against the champions of Hawkmoth.
Mysteries lie around every turn as our heroes look for the answer to the who and why--who is Hawkmoth and why is he bent on getting their miraculous? Views will be challenged, realities will be shattered, and relationships will be tried as the two, young heroes uncover the mystery behind this dark figure.

Marinette Dupain-Cheng supposedly lives a normal life in Paris, going to a French school, and has a crush on a boy called Adrien. However, she leads a double life as a superhero called Ladybug, assisted by Chat Noir. Together, they have faced many villians and succeeded. However, to transform, Ladybug and Chat Noir need their kwamis, Tikki and Plagg. But when they suddenly vanish, they can no longer transform to save Paris from the villians. The people soon begin to wonder where Ladybug and Chat Noir have gone, and the city is sent into chaos. But perhaps that is not the most important of the things that are to come ... Maybe it just is the importance of a kwami. (--->This is written like Season 2.<---) This book has my own plot, it was made before Season 2. It will probably not be true to all the things that will happen, but it is just a fanfiction. As time goes on, both of them start to find comfort in each other- not for the love they share, but for the comfort they give. Soon, they realize that they've fallen for two people at once, unbeknownst to them that those two are one. What if the answers to their confusion were right underneath their noses? Being superheroes is a privilege given by mysterious, magical creatures called Kwamis. Tikki is Ladybug's Kwami, supporting Marinette. And Plagg is Chat noir's Kwami, a Camembert cheese maniac. This is a sequel to my other fanfiction 'trust me', it's not required to read that one first, but I recommend you do. Hawk Moth and Mayura got defeated and were sent to prison. Everyone got back to their normal life as if nothing could ever hurt them again. Although the world thinks Ladybug died, Marinette Dupain-Cheng is still alive and well. She got three kids with her husband, Adrien. They took over the company of his dad and Marinette is making the best designs and clothes the world has ever seen. Everything seems to go perfect until someone gets akumatized 30 years after Hawk Moth's downfall.
