This is not a happy story.
A boy fails to save a girl. For his efforts, they are both reincarnated into the worst of all worlds, AXIS MUNDI, a post-apocalyptic waste where the remnants of humanity survive in the ruins of the old civilization, hunting and being hunted by the ravenous nightmares that stalk the dead lands.
