Giyuu and Tanjiro always wait for one another to get off a mission.
So when one day, Tanjiro completes a mission with Zenitsu and Inosuke, there's no reason for them to not be suspicious when Giyuu is always waiting for Tanjiro to get back.
They feel like their is something going on between them so Zenitsu decides that they should start following them.
They then start to follow them around to figure out why Giyuu and Tanjiro are so close and why they are always together.
Sooner or later Giyuu and Tanjiro starts to feel like someone is watching them, but they don't pay any attention to it, though they feel like they should limit what they do just in case.
