The lost continent of Auroria wasn't believed to be real. What people didn't know, was that it was always real. Humanoid animals lived there for years at peace with the animals. These hybrids fought amongst themselves at times, but they never did anything to draw attention to Auroria. No one thought that anyone would've ever found Auroria, but a group of humans became determined to find the lost continent. When they do, everything changes for the hybrids.

A different type of species that was unwanted by the humans so they hid the hybrids away. There were many different types of hybrids. There were Neko, also known as cat people, or people with cat-like features, Werewolves, people with wolf-like features. Ghouls, or creatures of the night. There were also those stereotypical hybrids, such as vampires, zombie-like people, mermaid creatures-- the school's least favourite because of their background story-- and more. People didn't like these hybrids because they're different and that makes people fear them. "I'm not like them, you see, I accept everyone as they are, because, well.. I'm one of them!
