[Intended to be a short story]

Dream and George were only best friends, nothing more. But George had always felt like he wanted more, but he only knew he was Dream's side chick considering Dream had a girlfriend.

One thing George never told Dream was that he was one of the special ones, able to become pregnant and give birth to a living human. What happens when Dream finds a positive pregnancy test in the bathroom? Will he assume it's his own girlfriends test? Or will he call up George?
