Summer is a city in the town of Blackharbor which is in New Orleans which is home to  Kate Blackearpower nee Summerwolfe who is a nurse but now wants to be a detective she is also the sister in law of the one and only Catgirl Blackearpower who is a Doctor of Supernatural hope hospital. Kate's mom and stepdad.  Mom is or was a nurse and stepdad was a detective before getting chief.  They both don't want Kate to be a detective just like how they didn't want her to marry into the Blackearpower family by marrying Catgirl's brother  Klarion but no she was in love with him and he was in love with her as well.
