In this au Riku isn't an idol but instead just a normal person that is always in the hospital. Tenn keeps Riku a secret because of how cute he is. Also Tenn and Riku are dating even though they are siblings. But one day when Tenn went out to go visit Riku at the hospital. Little did he know the other two members were following him.
