Laura Conrad considers herself to be VERY boring.
She's about as eventful as a piece of paper, in her opinion.
Her past, however, is anything but boring.
Locklyn Owens, a partyboy who can't keep his pants on, happens to owe her.
However, the burning hatred between them - due to an incident he caused, which caused her a great deal of trouble - happens to stop him from paying her back.
Despite being owed by him and wanting to be paid back, Laura also doesn't want to have anything to do with him.
After leaving high school, they've managed to avoid each other for several years.
Until they meet at a school reunion and don't exactly rejoice.
After that, Locklyn forces his way into her life, forcing Laura to face him.
The question is, will she ever be able to forgive him?
