Ashley Hale have been living in her aunt's floor -the president of the condominium board- after the divorce of her parents. Since she's the responsible of giving the keys, letters and bills, she knows all of the neighbours. And one of them is her brittish best friend from childhood, Leo Styles.

But someone disturbs Black Lotus' calm when his brother arrives, Harry Styles.
