"FOR THE EMPEROR!", were the last words Magnate Vulka, Space Marine of the Angeli Imperatoris, said as he charged against the heretics. He managed to kill all but one. That was his undoing. But the Emperor is not done with him yet.
Magnate now finds himself in a new world, one without the taint of Chaos nor the Imperium of Man. How will our Space Marine fare in this world?

No, this is not an official work, like my last story, simply a fanfic, with added elements. Trails of darkness, Is no longer canon in my fanfic's lore. I do not own any of the videos or pictures used in the making of this Fanfic series, and all content goes to original creators. This is the real first book of the series, the prequel will be modified to fit the lore established in THIS book. Also, some of the grammar in the first few chapters is . . . It is the 41st Millennium and the Imperium of Man only knows war. Chaos threatens to topple it, aliens and Xenos come at it from all sides. There is only war. A system the Imperium of Man cannot lose, for the price of a system like this falling into xenos hands are better left to the imagination. Every man, woman and child will fight and work in order to stave of this invasion. While a small group of the Deathwatch Astartes has been sent to aid them. The Orks are not as dim as they seem though, so the fighting will be brutal and the collateral damage high but one thing stands above all. Gruefall cannot fall.
