The Empire had evolved over the years, the  reign of witches and their cursed magic were put down but  after the execution the kingdom was not blooming with flowers or prosperity like everyone believed.

Life was horrible for the lowlifes as the empire called them, Aaron was one of them but he lived a life of hope, intrigued by his Nana's stories, the stories weaved by the crazy woman of the village.

His Nana lived to tell a tale that might as well burn the kingdom as it fed the Flames, the flame of the empire.
