Virgil has the unfortunate luck of being related to Janus Dyle - the 26th century's most successful businessman, and owner of a multi-trillion dollar pharmaseutical company that works with the government.

Behind the outside image of the company, Virgil knows that something more sinister is going on. 
He knows it from the meetings that he overhears, and the paperwork left around carelessly.

And he plans to get to the bottom of it.

This is based on a role play I did in a Sanders Sides fan group. It is also inspired by the show Kipo and the Age of Wonderbeasts and a podfic called The Selfish Protector by DragonSaphira Reads. Anyway synopsis: Janus wasn't sure where it had all gone wrong. Everything had been going so well. He'd been getting along better with the ligh- 'other' sides, Roman and Virgil had definitely seemed to be getting used to his presence in videos, and they'd even been inviting him to join in on their famILY traditions. Where had it gone wrong? His snake half. Janus had noticed that he'd been adopting more reptilian traits. Shedding? Fine. A few extra scales? Easy to hide... mostly. But it's become more and more prominent and more and more painful and frustrating to deal with. Janus won't ask for help, fearing the others might start to not trust him again and undo everything he'd worked for. How will this go? Logan, Roman, Patton, Virgil, Remus, and Janus belong to Thomas Sanders. I don't know what ships will be in this or if there even will be any, but I'm assuming I'll end up adding either Moceit, Loceit, or Roceit. The world is messed up. We all know that. Roman, Patton, and Logan all live on the streets, no parents, no money, no jobs, they're just a couple of street kids that have no future, but they at least have each other, the closest thing to family they will ever achieve. Janus, Remus, and Virgil also live on the streets together. Same position and same future. All they have in the small misfit family they created together. One day these two groups of boys meet and find maybe they might have a future after all. I do not own any of these characters they all belong to Thomas Sanders and his series Sander Sides go watch it it's good. Also Trigger Warning, cursing like in all my books, Self hatred, bullying, abandonment, and maybe some more will update when I finish this.

***complete*** Lmfao I really need to stop writing more Sanderssides Fan fictions but I can't help it Janus is a witch who has cursed Virgil into being the most feared creature in the entire land. A dragon. Virgil after being cursed was hunted down by "Brave warriors" who wanted to bring home his head to the king to prove they were worthy of taking the position of crowned king when he passes. Of course, Logan being crown prince didn't believe in this silly nonsense his father told the villagers about this dragon. He just loved learning about his kingdom through history books and art. Logan was wandering the village with some of his guards when he heard the commotion, he went and saw someone about to cut off a woodland creatures antlers, the poor creature who was about to be beaten and sent to his father to be imprisoned, was innocent! All he wanted was to know the villagers! He later revealed his name was Patton. Was all the rumors about his village being magical real? Logan was prepared to find out.

Through the reveal of Remus, things between the sides have changed. Logan's advice to Thomas has been taken up by Virgil, talking to Patton and learning to grow as a side. All seemed to be going smoothly until Remus tells Roman something not so true ,and with a new dilemma facing Thomas, the sides are busting out the seems of their foundation to try and keep things together. But with a fallout between the repressed and furious feelings eating away at Virgil and Roman, a past that had never seen the light of day, and the wrath of the dark sides ready to break all that was built, the sides have to figure out a way to save all that they have. - #3 on #sanderssides 10-15-19 - I recently got into Sanders Sides and I needed to write a story with Virgil's past ASAP, I hope you enjoy it!

*Completed* Virgil has never had it easy, not since he was kicked out of his home by his own father. He's struggled to survive, and has fought for food. He sees what should have been an easy meal, some berries on a tree hanging over the river. It should have been easy to get it, of course the stupid branch had to break and he was sent plummeting into the river. Roman loves to sneak away from his colony and his fae duties to head to the river, he's always wondered what is on the other side of it. Of course, he and everyone else in his colony is banned from crossing it. One day though, a stranger with no wings and a tail washes up on the river bank. When he takes him back to the colony, he's put in charge of taking care of him. Thomas has inherited his home from family, it's in the middle of nowhere in a forest. It was nice, and not too far from his home is a nice river he can explore. Of course it can't be so simple though, since Thomas is in debt and could very well lose the home. Not wanting to lose a home that had been in his family for so long, he struggles to find some way to pay it off. Just got bored one day so I started writing this- •Supernatural AU •High school AU •De is Deceit Virgil and his siblings, Remus and De, had just moved to the town of Coldfort. They had to go to Coldfort High, where Virgil would unexpectedly meet his new allies. Their names were Roman, Logan, Patton, and Remy. Virgil and his family don't get along very well after 'The Incident', as his family calls it, that happened in his old town. Everyone knows that once upon a time Virgil Sanders was a Dark Side of Thomas's personality, he was once known to be Paranoia but he never felt like he belonged anywhere and on either side. Though today he is considered to be a hybrid now; he is a balance of both, he is light and he is dark but thankfully he is no longer an enemy of Thomas or the other Light Sides. Still haunted by his mysterious past Virgil has to keep secrets in order to protect Thomas and the others, hopefully, to never reveal the pain he once endured but the arrival of two dark sides; Janus and Remus causes Virgil to become very wary. Not sure whether to see them as a threat or what they are planning has Virgil on edge. Soon he notices that Thomas is starting to fall closer into darkness and is slowly beginning to weaken and infect his new family. Knowing what will happen if Thomas is completely corrupted, Virgil knows he has to stop whatever is causing this infection even if he must pay the ultimate price.
