This is implemented to soldiers by an exoskeleton and body armor with a VAN-guard that connects with the brain and increases certain attributes.

They then started a global invasion, capturing almost the entire globe with a few rebel armies and 2 forces that stay and stand. The government of Alomioa soon falls into corruption and sin. The only countries that survived the invasion was the Chinese Federation, and the United Kingdoms.
