Percy goes to Gotham

After the wars are over Percy wants a break; where he can be away from the gods and all associated. What's the best place to go... while you may Alaska, he wasn't quite prepared to go that far ... so the next best place is GOTHAM. Gotham: a place mysteriously without monsters - probably due to the high stench of blood, poverty, snot nosed elitists and an already high amount of monsters in it's own inhabitants called humans.
