In a world where races have supernatural abilities, long life spans, and mythical looks, humans seem to be inferior. That isn't true though.

Humans are one of the four dominant races running around the world along with mages, vampires, and werewolves. Even if they are deprived of anything magical in their bodies, they are born to be adaptable.

With only science in their hands, they built a country out of barren land hundreds of years ago. That is now what's known as Caliesburg Metropolis which is composed of 95% pureblooded humans and 5% combined hybrid and non-blooded humans.

In one of their largest cities, Mathilda Isis Eliades is living along with her family in an average household. Unlike others, she doesn't aspire much other than being normal, away from the spotlight.

But then everything changed when she met Cassiel Ernst Ivanov, the one who was sent away from his homeland because of his reckless behavior with no magic or any ability he can use.
